We used them for our 200 person wedding a week ago and we are still getting texts from our guests raving about the food. We ordered the roasted chicken, pulled pork, mac n cheese, and baked potato to serve our guests. The roasted chicken was the best I've ever had. It was well seasoned and cooked perfectly! The pulled pork was literally pulled off the bone right before they served it to our guests and was to die for. The mac n cheese was by far the crowd favorite and the best I've ever had. It was well seasoned and so delicious! The baked potatoes were smoked and delicious the day of the wedding, and even the day after as leftovers. Michelle at Hickory is a dream to work with. She is very responsive and made sure her team had all the info they needed regarding where to park, what door to enter, and how long the food should be served a week in advance so we didn't get any questions the day of our wedding. The folks at Hickory pulled up with their smoker one hour before the reception and set up the food and tables for our guests. We had previously tried their food at their food truck in Michigan and I can promise their catered food is even better than the food truck, which was hard to beat. We are so happy we chose Hickory BBQ for our big day and are now trying to get all of our friends to use Hickory at their weddings so we can eat their food again. This was the best wedding food I have ever had and we will definitely use them again!

We had some guests that were Gluten-Free and Vegetarian. Michelle was able to tailor the menu to fit our needs and meet our budget. The food was absolutely delicious, the GF Mac n' Cheese was incredible! I would highly recommend Hickory Ridge BBQ!!

I chose Hickory BBQ & Grill, because they had the largest variety of foods for meat lovers, as well as vegetarians.  Everyone was so happy.  Plus HB & G had everything packaged up perfectly with plenty of serving utensils, plates, napkins, and plastic ware.  It is so nice when planning an event, to not have to worry about the food, because you know it's going to be perfectly delicious, and delivered on time. When we tried their food before we booked them, they gave us a bottle of each of the five sauces to take home to try. They sent us home from our event with all the leftovers and even more bottles of sauce. Our guests raved about the ribs and the Mac n Cheese. They were responsive and attentive. They scoped out the venue ahead of time to make sure where to park. Highly recommend.
